Pricing
Our rate is $168 for the first 30 minutes, and $45 for each additional 15 minutes beyond the first 30 minutes. This rate does not include material; material used varies from job to job. We charge for time spent investigating, consulting, and formulating plans for the execution of tasks. In the event that we send a helper, you will only be charged for the times that the helper is necessary. Our helper rate is $25 for 15 minutes; helpers are billed in 15 minute increments. We employ helpers on jobs where we feel this to be more cost effective for the client or when needed for safety. Any time spent procuring materials that are not part of regular inventory and not normally used in the course of the work as scheduled will be billed at the helper rate. In addition, we are required to collect sales tax on material and labor.
Any time spent by our office staff to track down specialty material will be billed at the helper rate ($100/hour) in 15 minute increments.
Payment
Payment is expected upon completion of service. We accept credit cards, checks, or cash in the exact amount.
Health and Safety Policies
If you or anyone in your household has exhibited symptoms and/or tested positive for Covid-19 or another respiratory virus within the past 7 days, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment.
Our plumbers and helpers will wear masks indoors at the request of the customer. If you would like our team members to mask indoors, please email us back so we can make a note on your appointment. In addition, please do not hesitate to ask our team when they arrive if you would like for them to wear a mask. We will happily do so upon request.
